COACHING FOR BEHAVIORAL TRANSFORMATION INTERNATIONAL

The concept for our company was a team effort. After chatting with local trainers at a marketing expo, founders Arslan Larik and Marriam Ahmed wanted to create a business where training and hypnotherapy could be implemented together to change the attitude and behavior of people trying to achieve goals. Working individually in this industry for over a decade, both Arslan and Marriam wanted to introduce the concept of NLP and Hypnotherapy, and how it could have miraculous results in helping people and corporations, as well as entrepreneurs, break all barriers when it came to making their dreams a reality.

OUR METHODOLOGY

The Cultural Touch: To help create a strong and direct sense of connections between the client’s mind and the learning style and personality .

Learning with Fun: To destroy any shackles of boredom that may possibly be a hurdle between our client and the learning process. Learning as at its best when individuals enjoys the content.

Targeting the Mindset: We shape our content in a way that strikes the mindsets and brings about a shift in their thinking paradigms. This brings about a long lasting change!

Experiential: We create an environment where we stimulate all 5 senses while disseminating learning, this creates permanent memories in the mind.

Creating a Trustworthy Environment: Trust is essential for individuals to speak their heart out. Learning is many fold when individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences. We do this by winning trust and by creating an environment of honesty-cum-respect.

Interactive: We teach by questions. Asking questions makes us able to chuck up or chuck down to details. It also makes us able to shape our modules like a conversation and hence maximize impact.
